在脫硫塔內(nèi)，沼氣中的硫化氫和氫氧化鈉進(jìn)行中和反應(yīng)，反應(yīng)后的產(chǎn)物為硫氫化鈉和水，去除沼氣中的硫化氫；然后再利用生物菌的作用，將硫氫化鈉還原成氫氧化鈉和單質(zhì)硫。

運(yùn)行過程：

沼氣通過脫硫反應(yīng)塔將沼氣中H2S從氣相轉(zhuǎn)化成液相，脫硫反應(yīng)塔就是一個洗滌塔。沼氣從塔底部進(jìn)入并穿過濾料床。循環(huán)水從塔頂進(jìn)入，經(jīng)過專用噴頭打散，自由落體穿過濾床，專用濾料可以使沼氣與循環(huán)水進(jìn)一步打散和延長接觸時間，提高洗滌效果。含有硫化物的循環(huán)水從脫硫反應(yīng)塔底部流入再生池。
The biogas converts H2S in the biogas from the gas phase to the liquid phase through the desulfurization reaction tower, which is a scrubber. The biogas enters from the bottom of the tower and passes through the filter bed. The circulating water enters from the top of the tower, disperses through the special nozzle, and the free falling body passes through the filter bed. The special filter material can further disperse the biogas and the circulating water, extend the contact time, and improve the washing effect. Circulating water containing sulfide flows into regeneration tank from the bottom of desulfurization reaction tower.
再生池完成循環(huán)水中硫化物被氧化的過程，再生池內(nèi)創(chuàng)造循環(huán)水中脫硫菌的生存環(huán)境，再生池內(nèi)的加熱盤管給循環(huán)水提供熱量，保證循環(huán)水溫度在30-33度之間。曝氣頭給循環(huán)水提供氧氣，保證循環(huán)水適當(dāng)?shù)娜芙庋酢?/div>
The regeneration tank completes the process of sulfide oxidation in the circulating water. The regeneration tank creates a living environment for desulfurization bacteria in the circulating water. The heating coil in the regeneration tank provides heat for the circulating water to ensure that the temperature of the circulating water is between 30-33 degrees. The aerator provides oxygen to the circulating water to ensure proper dissolved oxygen in the circulating water.

①脫硫過程中除向再生池通入少量空氣外和少量堿液，不需再額外添加催化劑和氧化劑；
