干法脫硫的原理
Principle of dry desulfurization
干法脫除沼氣氣體中硫化氫的設(shè)備基本原理是以O(shè)2使H2S氧化成硫或硫氧化物一種方法，也可稱為干式氧化法。另一種方法為專用氧化鐵(即MT專用氧化鐵脫硫劑)吸收法，即以專用氧化鐵脫硫劑中活*三氧人二鐵，吸收氣體中硫化氫，使其轉(zhuǎn)化為硫化鐵，從而脫除硫化氫的方法(目前多采用此法)。干法設(shè)備的構(gòu)成是，在一個(gè)罐體內(nèi)放入填料，填料層可為氧化鐵脫硫劑、活炭脫硫劑等，是用氧化鐵脫硫劑，因此脫硫劑硫容大，費(fèi)用低比較實(shí)用。氣體以低流速從一端經(jīng)過罐體內(nèi)填料層，硫化氫氧化成硫或硫氧化物或被轉(zhuǎn)化為硫化鐵后，余留在填料層中，凈化后氣體從容器另一端排出。
The basic principle of the equipment for removing hydrogen sulfide from biogas gas by dry method is to oxidize H2S into sulfur or sulfur oxide with O2, which can also be called dry oxidation method. The other method is the special iron oxide (i.e. MT special iron oxide desulfurizer) absorption method, that is, the method of removing hydrogen sulfide by absorbing hydrogen sulfide in the gas and converting it into iron sulfide with the live * trioxide iron in the special iron oxide desulfurizer (this method is mostly used at present). The composition of dry process equipment is to put filler in a tank. The filler layer can be iron oxide desulfurizer, live carbon desulfurizer, etc. it is iron oxide desulfurizer. Therefore, the desulfurizer has large sulfur capacity, low cost and is more practical. The gas passes through the filler layer in the tank at a low flow rate from one end. After hydrogen sulfide is oxidized into sulfur or sulfur oxide or converted into iron sulfide, it remains in the filler layer, and the purified gas is discharged from the other end of the container.
干法煙氣脫硫是指噴入爐膛的CaCO3高溫煅燒分成CaO，與煙氣中的SO2發(fā)生反應(yīng)，生成硫酸鈣；采用電子束照射或活炭吸附使SO2轉(zhuǎn)化生成硫酸氨或硫酸。
Dry flue gas desulfurization refers to the high-temperature calcination of CaCO3 injected into the furnace into Cao, which reacts with SO2 in the flue gas to produce calcium sulfate; SO2 is transformed into ammonia sulfate or sulfuric acid by electron beam irradiation or activated carbon adsorption.

(1)結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，使用方便;

(2)工作過程中無需人員值守，定期換料，一用一備，交替運(yùn)行;

用戶進(jìn)口硫化氫含量，每小時(shí)處理量以及用戶要求使用的周期等專門設(shè)計(jì)量身定做脫硫罐(或脫硫塔)、氣水分離器、阻火器、鼓風(fēng)機(jī)、穩(wěn)壓罐、脫硫劑裝置、水封、壓力表、流量表及配套管道閥門等。
