可以考慮采用生物脫硫與同步再生干法脫硫相結(jié)合的工藝。對于體量較大的污泥消化工程,該工藝在進(jìn)氣 H2S 含量為 4125~7425 mg/m? 的條件下,生物脫硫單元出氣 H2S 含量均小于 27 mg/m?,去除率達(dá)到 99% 以上,干法脫硫出氣均未檢出 H2S。在生物脫硫即可達(dá)到用氣設(shè)備要求的前提下,可采用將跨越干法脫硫作為應(yīng)急備用的運行模式,以降低運行成本、延長脫硫劑的更換周期。
