生物脫硫的運(yùn)用能耗少、去除率高，但是生物脫硫也有自己的局限性，就是需給硫細(xì)菌營(yíng)造一個(gè)適合的環(huán)境，才干確保其具有較高的生物活性，以到達(dá)一個(gè)好的脫硫效果。

1、pH值的控制。將脫硫循環(huán)水的pH值維持在2～3之間，到達(dá)較好的脫硫效果，當(dāng)pH值發(fā)生較大變化時(shí)，硫細(xì)菌的活性急劇降落以至失去活性，如本工程中當(dāng)pH值由2～3調(diào)整到5～7時(shí)，生物脫硫塔簡(jiǎn)直完整失去了脫硫效果。所以在生物脫硫中，維持穩(wěn)定的pH值是至關(guān)重要的，它將直接影響脫硫效果的好壞。
1. Control of pH value. When the pH value of desulfurization circulating water is maintained between 2 and 3, a better desulfurization effect can be achieved. When the pH value changes greatly, the activity of sulfur bacteria drops sharply and even loses its activity. For example, when the pH value is adjusted from 2 to 3 to 5 to 7 in this project, the biological desulfurization tower almost completely loses its desulfurization effect. Therefore, in biological desulfurization, it is very important to maintain a stable pH value, which will directly affect the quality of desulfurization effect.
2、DO濃度的控制。氣箱中H2S和O2難以發(fā)作反響，生物脫硫反響過(guò)程主要發(fā)作在液相中，所以脫硫塔內(nèi)循環(huán)噴淋水中的DO（溶解氧）濃度是影響生物脫硫的一個(gè)重要要素。
2. Control of DO concentration. The reactions of H2S and O2 in the gas tank are difficult to occur, and the reactions of biological desulfurization mainly occur in the liquid phase. Therefore, the concentration of DO (dissolved oxygen) in the circulating spray water in the desulfurization tower is an important factor affecting biological desulfurization.
3、H2S負(fù)荷的控制。實(shí)踐工程運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)現(xiàn)，在硫細(xì)菌所能接受范圍內(nèi)，H2S容積負(fù)荷越高，微生物脫硫反響越能堅(jiān)持良好的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)效果，且不易發(fā)作循環(huán)水急劇酸化的現(xiàn)象。
3. Control of H2S load. Practical engineering operation found that within the acceptable range of sulfur bacteria, the higher the volume load of H2S, the better the microbial desulfurization response can adhere to the good operation effect, and it is not easy to occur the phenomenon of rapid acidification of circulating water.
