沼氣從厭氧發(fā)酵安裝產(chǎn)出時，特別是在中溫或低溫發(fā)酵時，攜帶有少量的H2S 。沼氣脫硫器由于沼氣中還有少量的水蒸汽存在，水與沼氣中的H2S 共同作用，減速了金屬管道、閥門和流量計的腐蝕和梗塞。另外， H2S 熄滅后生成的SO2 ，與熄滅產(chǎn)物中的水蒸氣結(jié)分解亞硫酸，使設(shè)備的金屬外表發(fā)生腐蝕，并且還會形成對大氣環(huán)境的凈化，影響人體安康。因而，在運用沼氣之前，必需運用沼氣脫硫器脫除其中的H2S 。
When biogas is installed and produced from anaerobic fermentation, especially at medium or low temperature, it carries a small amount of H2S. Due to the presence of a small amount of water vapor in biogas, the corrosion and obstruction of metal pipes, valves and flowmeters are slowed down by the interaction of water and H2S in biogas. 從厭氧沼氣池中出來的沼氣中含有少量的水氣、粉塵雜質(zhì)、硫化氫等無害氣體。沼氣經(jīng)過初步脫水除塵后然后進(jìn)入脫硫塔，應(yīng)用合理的反響條件可經(jīng)濟(jì)地將沼氣中的硫化氫脫至200ppm以下，脫硫后的沼氣進(jìn)入沼氣增壓風(fēng)機(jī)停止增壓保送，增壓后的沼氣進(jìn)入緩沖零碎停止緩沖，一方面停止沼氣除雜處置，另一方面波動送氣壓力，以保證后續(xù)發(fā)電機(jī)組的波動運轉(zhuǎn)，緩沖穩(wěn)壓后的沼氣進(jìn)入終端用氣設(shè)備。
