脫硫設(shè)備在運(yùn)行過(guò)程中，如果操作不當(dāng)，不注意維護(hù)保養(yǎng)，經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)脫硫塔內(nèi)結(jié)垢、管道堵塞、機(jī)械密封損壞等各種問題，下面對(duì)脫硫設(shè)備的操作規(guī)程及維護(hù)保養(yǎng)注意事項(xiàng)做簡(jiǎn)要概述。

脫硫除塵裝置在運(yùn)行時(shí)需要對(duì)各個(gè)組件進(jìn)行檢查。

（1）檢查脫硫裝置，排污口要關(guān)閉，不可無(wú)水運(yùn)行，不得漏風(fēng)，以防無(wú)法閉縫運(yùn)行。
(1) Check the desulfurization device, the drain outlet should be closed, no water running, no air leakage, in case it can not be closed operation.
（2）鍋爐點(diǎn)火前把水池放滿水，檢查水泵是否正轉(zhuǎn)，確認(rèn)無(wú)誤后，點(diǎn)火前開啟水泵或自來(lái)水閥門，保證脫硫塔內(nèi)有水，以防玻璃鱗片被煙氣燒壞。
(2) Before the ignition of the boiler, fill the pool with water and check whether the water pump is running normally. After confirmation, open the water pump or tap water valve before ignition to ensure that there is water in the desulfurization tower, so as to prevent the glass flakes from being burned by the flue gas.
（3）正常運(yùn)行時(shí)，保證脫硫裝置的水位，才能達(dá)到好的脫硫效果。

（4）鍋爐點(diǎn)火的同時(shí)，開啟脫硫泵，防治脫水系統(tǒng)阻塞導(dǎo)致塔體的損壞。

（5）確保脫硫液PH值≥12時(shí)才能達(dá)到脫硫效果。

（6）脫硫設(shè)備采用的循環(huán)水清潔度要在90%以上，否則會(huì)沖刷脫硫塔體，造成設(shè)備損壞。

（7）循環(huán)檢查裝置，觀察流水情況。引風(fēng)機(jī)不可帶水，如引風(fēng)機(jī)帶水要立即降低除塵內(nèi)水位。
(7) Circulation inspection device, observe the flow situation. The induced draft fan is not allowed to carry water. If the induced draft fan carries water, the water level in the dedusting chamber shall be reduced immediately.
停車時(shí)的維護(hù)保養(yǎng)
Maintenance when parking
（1）短時(shí)間減量或切氣，脫硫系統(tǒng)不必停車，可根據(jù)時(shí)間長(zhǎng)短適當(dāng)減量，或保持原狀。否則吸收再生液量減少后，一旦加量有時(shí)難以保證脫硫效果。
(1) The desulfurization system doesn't need to be shut down for short time reduction or gas cutting, but can be reduced appropriately according to the length of time or kept in the original state. Otherwise, once the amount of regeneration liquid is reduced, it is difficult to ensure the desulfurization effect.
（2）長(zhǎng)時(shí)間停車，要關(guān)閉脫硫泵、沖洗泵出口閥門，停泵，關(guān)入口閥門，從泵導(dǎo)淋排液，切斷上述泵的電源，并定期盤車，將溶液分別存放在三個(gè)槽內(nèi)，并檢查有無(wú)泄漏的地方。冬季要做好保溫，少排導(dǎo)淋，防凍堵。
(2) Shut down the outlet valve of desulfurization pump and flushing pump for a long time, shut down the pump, close the inlet valve, drain the liquid from the pump, cut off the power supply of the above pump, turn the gear regularly, store the solution in three tanks respectively, and check for leakage. In winter, it is necessary to keep warm, discharge less water and prevent freezing.
