  微量氧分析儀是一種常用的分析儀器。它是世界上較的氧氣測(cè)量方法之一。它由高活性氧電極和鉛電極組成,浸在KOH溶液中。

  微量氧分析儀廣泛用于測(cè)定上、下塔的氮純度、精氬塔的微量氧含量等工藝控制參數(shù)。同時(shí),還可以對(duì)輸氣管道、液氮、儲(chǔ)罐氬中微量氧含量等質(zhì)量控制參數(shù)進(jìn)行測(cè)量。根據(jù)儀器的不同測(cè)量原理,綜合考慮生產(chǎn)控制的質(zhì)量要求、經(jīng)濟(jì)成本、維護(hù)工作量和維護(hù)成本等因素,選擇微氧分析儀。

  (1)儀器故障表明計(jì)量槽溫度偏低。檢查量筒熱電偶的連接,檢查多通道轉(zhuǎn)接板的安全,檢查線路板的連接。
